This story,
set in Mexico, shows another side of the tourist paradise through Cario
Hernández, who belongs to the police elite and who practises blackmail, trafficking
of counterfeit dollars and protects thieves.
ROOF CATS
A couple of
teenagers of the provinces establishes on the
roof of a poor neighbourhood of Mexico DF trying to improve their life. An old Spanish anarchistic turns
into their protector, especially after the owner of the building murders the
girl. After long ponderings both men decide to put into practice what they
suppose will be the worst punishment for the wicked one: burning his Mercedes
Benz.

Esta
historia, que se desarrola en México, nos muestra el otro
lado del paraíso para turistas, de la mano de Cario Hernández,
que pertenece a la élite policiaca y que practica el chantaje,
el tráfico de dólares falsos y ampara a los cacos.
GATOS DE AZOTEA
Una
pareja adolescente de provincianos, buscando mejorar su suerte, se
instala en la azotea de un barrio humilde de
México DF. Un
viejo anarquista español se convierte en su protector, especialmente
después de que el dueño del edificio asesine a la muchacha.
Tras largas cavilaciones los dos hombres deciden poner en práctica
el que suponen será el peor castigo para el malvado: quemarle
su Mercedes Benz.
