Three Uruguayans and an Argentine, former guerrilla fighters, try to make a living in Mexico selling encyclopaedias until they find out about an illegal handing over of money meant to free a criminal. The South Americans manage to steal the money but one of them betrays his partners running off with the loot.

Tres uruguayos y un argentino, todos ex-guerrilleros, sobreviven en México vendiendo enciclopedias hasta que descubren que va a haber una entrega clandestina de dinero destinada a liberar a un criminal. Los conosureños consiguen hacerse con el dinero pero uno de ellos traiciona a sus compañeros apoderándose del botín.
